Belle Walker of Belleview Consulting will moderate the panel addressing common day-to-day operational challenges and provide efficient solutions. Petra Loer:
Petra Loer is a Managing Director in the Valuation Services Group at Andersen. Her experience includes the valuation of closely held businesses, business interests, intangible assets, intellectual property, debt instruments, and derivatives. These engagements span a variety of purposes, including financial reporting, tax planning and reporting, mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, strategic planning, and restructuring. Petra’s clients include high net worth individuals, closely held businesses, start ups, we well as public companies, in industries as diverse as manufacturing to agriculture to technology.
Andrea Roth
Andrea Roth is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with ASA in fine art. She specializes in appraising European and American paintings, sculpture, and photography. She has been in the art field for close to 30 years as an academic, gallery administrator and art appraiser. She has a Ph.D. in Art History, and was a Fulbright Scholar in Italy as a graduate student. Prior to founding Roth Fine Art Appraisals, she taught Art History at UC Davis, UC Riverside and Santa Clara University. She worked at the J. Paul Getty Trust Art History Information Program and was Assistant Editor of the Art Bulletin.
Dana Teicheira
Dana Teicheira has been active in the maritime industry since graduation from California Maritime Academy in 1980. In 1991, Dana apprenticed with a Marine Surveying firm in San Francisco. In 1997 Dana established his own firm specializing in appraisals on commercial marine vessels. Dana has performed individual and fleet appraisals on ships, tugs, barges, dredges, derrick barges and ferries, as well as marinas and shoreside dock structures. Dana has been a Certified Marine Surveyor since 1997 and an Accredited Senior Appraiser since 2013.
Belle Walker
Belle Walker is the Founder and Lead Consultant of Belleview Consulting. The original Organizational Efficiency Engineer, Belle takes clients from Friction to Function™ by aligning structures and processes with strategy. Belle spent her career building and optimizing teams. At Google, she managed the initial Street View vehicle rollout and built a nationwide aerial photography operation. At HERE Technologies, Belle honed in on and refined her organizational design and leadership skills to merging project managers, data scientists, systems engineers, and more. Her work at HERE Technologies earned Belle a patent for the Quality Index, which allows autonomous vehicles to use digital just like any other sensor in their environmental models.
Belle has a Mechanical Engineering bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and a Systems Engineering master’s degree from the University of Southern California. Belle leverages the engineering problem solving process to design and builds the most complex systems possible: those comprised of individuals.
