Ronald L. Seigneur, CPA/ABV, CVA, ASA is a CPA and ASA business appraiser based in Colorado and is a founding partner of Seigneur Gustafson LLP, a firm based in Lakewood, Colorado, specializing in financial forensics, business and intellectual property valuation, practice management consulting, and exit and succession planning services.
